Partner Program Terms

These launch terms cover referrals to Tuckora Ride, Tuckora Travel and CraveSeal. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Migsot may approve, reject, suspend or close a partner account to protect customers and the program.

Tracking and attribution

Approved partners receive a unique referral code. Eligible orders must be tracked through that code and paid successfully. Tracking may fail when a visitor blocks storage, changes devices, removes the code or uses another referral link.

Commissions

Rates are displayed when a partner is approved and may vary by brand or product. Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue after discounts and excludes tax, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, self-referrals, duplicate orders and fraudulent transactions.

Returns and payouts

Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days and until the applicable return and fraud review is complete. The launch payout threshold is $50. Approved payouts are planned monthly through the partner’s confirmed PayPal destination and require Migsot’s manual approval. No automatic withdrawal or guaranteed earnings are offered.

Promotion rules

Partners must make truthful claims, use current product information, respect platform rules, and clearly disclose that they may earn a commission. Partners may not impersonate a Migsot brand, send spam, bid on protected brand terms without permission, offer unauthorized discounts, purchase through their own links, or make medical, safety, performance or income claims that Migsot has not approved.

Taxes and records

Partners are responsible for their taxes and accurate payout information. Migsot may request tax documentation before payment and may withhold a payout when required information is missing or inconsistent.

Changes and termination

Migsot may update rates or terms prospectively, pause the program, or terminate participation for policy violations, fraud, legal risk or business reasons. Properly earned, non-disputed commissions remain subject to the payout and review rules above.
