Privacy policy

Tuckora Travel is a Migsot Consulting LLC brand. We collect information needed to process purchases, deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, support messages, and limited device or transaction data. Stripe processes payment-card information; Tuckora Travel does not receive or store complete card numbers. If you join our email list, we also record your email address and the time you subscribed. We collect limited first-party interaction data, such as page views, add-to-cart activity, checkout starts, referral source, and campaign tags. Advertising and measurement providers, including Roku, may receive browser or device identifiers and page-interaction events to measure campaign performance.

How information is used and shared

We share only the information reasonably needed with payment processors, fraud prevention providers, fulfillment suppliers, shipping carriers, website providers, and professional or government authorities when required. We do not sell personal information. First-party interaction data is used to understand store performance and improve the shopping experience; it is not used to make sensitive automated decisions.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information by emailing support@tuckoratravel.com. Some transaction records must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance. You may also ask to unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
